Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at sales@yulicoauto.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

All products transaction currency will be done in RM/USD
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 1-2 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3-5 working days for East Malaysia. Except for door visor, ultra racing will take 3-7 days for Peninsular Malaysia and 7-10 days for East Malaysia. While Car seat cushion will take 7-10 days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3-4 weeks for East Malaysia.
